We are looking for a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will lead day-to-day marketing activities while supporting brand consistency, internal communications, digital content, and promotional initiatives across the organization.
You will collaborate closely with sales, service, leadership, and branch teams to create engaging content, maintain marketing assets, support employee communications, and ensure our brand is represented consistently across all channels. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing creativity with execution and thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
This position is based on-site at our office location. Candidates must be available to work in person during regular business hours.
What You’ll Do
Digital Marketing & Content Management
- Maintain and update company websites by gathering content and information from sales and service teams.
- Manage website product pages, project highlights, and image updates to ensure content remains current and relevant.
- Maintain YouTube channel content, including descriptions, branding, and video uploads.
- Manage social media platforms, content calendar, and Hootsuite scheduling.
- Create engaging social media content and graphics while coordinating approvals and maintaining a minimum two-week content schedule.
Marketing & Brand Management
- Coordinate advertising and promotional initiatives including eBlasts, print advertising, promotional materials, equipment branding, trade show signage, and sales presentations.
- Design, develop, and maintain printed and digital sales and marketing materials including brochures, sell sheets, catalogues, and promotional assets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure all materials remain accurate, current, and aligned with business objectives.
- Gather and organize content for major marketing initiatives including catalogues, booth concepts, campaigns, and brand updates.
- Develop and maintain equipment branding, vehicle decals, Lean initiatives, and visual identity standards.
Internal Communications & Employee Engagement
- Create and maintain consistent, on-brand internal communications across the organization.
- Produce and distribute internal communications twice monthly.
- Support staff in developing professional communication materials, manuals, forms, and templates while ensuring consistency and version control.
- Maintain and update the employee portal, including content management, document updates, user administration, and adherence to security protocols.
- Coordinate employee recognition and internal communication content such as “Here’s the Latest.”
- Support employee events and celebrations in collaboration with the social committee, including event promotion and coordination across branches.
Promotional Materials & Inventory Coordination
- Oversee promotional merchandise and apparel inventory and coordinate replenishment as required.
- Manage the winter clothing program and support supply ordering activities.
- Maintain marketing inventory across branch locations and oversee organization of the marketing storage area.
- Produce in-house decals and labels using the LabelTac printer and manage related inventory processes.
- Create signage, labels, and branded materials to maintain consistency across facilities.
- Design artwork for engraving and support laminating and print production needs.
Operational & Administrative Support
- Manage on-hold phone messaging, coordinate updates with suppliers, and ensure content remains current.
- Support Lean initiatives by creating signage and maintaining recognition displays.
- Conduct 5S audits and maintain boardroom and lunchroom standards.
- Provide reception support including answering phones and assisting customer walk-ins.
- Coordinate recycling initiatives and support general office operations as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or content coordination role (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Experience managing websites, social media platforms, content calendars, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Proficiency with graphic design and content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms).
- Experience using social media management platforms such as Hootsuite or equivalent scheduling tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to create professional marketing materials including brochures, presentations, signage, and promotional assets.
- Comfortable coordinating multiple projects simultaneously and managing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience maintaining brand standards and ensuring consistency across communications and materials.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments.
- Experience with photography, video editing, website content management systems (CMS), and internal communications platforms is considered an asset.
- Experience supporting trade shows, events, or promotional initiatives is considered an asset.
- Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel between branch locations, as required.
