Job Summary
Bourgault Industries is looking for a hands-on, detail-driven team player to join our fast-paced Service Parts Warehouse Team. This role focuses on accurate part picking, inventory control, and quality preparation to support efficient service part fulfillment.
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick parks from warehouse locations using picklists and verify against engineering drawings.
- Operate company trucks and warehouse equipment to retrieve and move parts safely.
- Report shortages, damaged, or incorrect parts to senior team members.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through system updates and location transfers.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Follow all occupational health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist with general warehouse duties and support team operations as needed.
- Independently pick and package high-volume kits to improve workflow efficiency.
- Clean and prepare parts for shipment using appropriate tools and equipment.
- Participate in required training programs to support skill development and career progression.
- Shift work required based on seasonal needs.
Academic/Education Requirements
- High school diploma is preferred. Equivalent experience or training may be considered.
- Valid driver’s license, required for operating company vehicles during yard pickups.

Required Skills/Experience
- Strong attention to detail when identifying, picking, and verifying parts.
- Basic mechanical understanding and ability to interpret technical drawings.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to support warehouse operations.
- Experience operating warehouse equipment and company vehicles safely.
- Familiarity with inventory systems and maintaining accurate records.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical capability to perform warehouse duties, including lifting and handling parts.
- Willingness to complete required training programs for career development.
Wage Range
$21.50 - $34.24 – Starting wage is dependent on experience.
