POSITION SUMMARY:
The GENERAL MANAGER will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations while leading the team, driving performance, maintaining service excellence, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience at all times. The successful candidate will bring strong leadership, operational expertise, financial awareness, team-building ability, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee all daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service execution
- Lead, mentor, and develop front-of-house management and service teams
- Recruit, interview, hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff members
- Foster a positive, professional, and team-oriented workplace culture
- Maintain exceptional guest experience and resolve customer concerns professionally
- Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and hospitality
- Work closely with culinary and bar leadership teams to maintain operational excellence
- Monitor labour, inventory, sales performance, and operational efficiencies
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, liquor laws, and company policies
- Oversee POS systems, cash handling, reporting, and operational procedures
- Support menu rollouts, feature launches, events, and promotional initiatives
- Continuously improve systems, service standards, and team performance
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 5+ years of senior restaurant management experience in upscale or high-volume restaurants
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong understanding of hospitality operations and guest experience standards
- Experience with POS systems
- Knowledge of food safety, liquor regulations, and restaurant compliance standards
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Wine, cocktail, and premium dining knowledge preferred
- Ability to lead calmly and effectively under pressure
- Passion for hospitality, culture-building, and operational excellence
- Previous experience in premium casual dining, hotels, or elevated hospitality concepts considered a strong asset
COMPENSATION:
$70,000-85000 annually Plus performance incentives and growth opportunities
Salary based on experience and qualifications and we are flexible for the right candidate.

This position is intended for experienced hospitality professionals. We are specifically seeking candidates who have successfully held a General Manager or senior leadership role in a busy, full-service, sit-down restaurant. Experience in upscale casual, premium casual, or high-volume dining environments is strongly preferred.
Only applicants with relevant leadership experience in similar restaurant operations will be considered.
Pay: $70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
