AUTISM THERAPIST (SUPERVISED): SIMCOE
We're looking for someone with an amazing personality who loves to play, loves to connect, and loves working with autistic kids. If that's you - keep reading.
We're hiring part-time and full-time Supervised Autism Therapists (Instructor Therapist / Behaviour Therapist) to work in the community (homes and daycares) across Simcoe County: Barrie, Innisfil, Bradford, Lisle, and Orillia.
Afterschool and Saturday availability is required. Therapists typically start part-time and build toward full-time hours based on availability and areas of competency.
WHY SUPERMINDS
At Superminds, neurodiversity is the foundation of everything we do. We lead with connection before compliance, dismantle ableism in our practice and our culture, and build programming that honours each child's autonomy and strengths.
We apply the same philosophy to our team. We see your strengths, invest in your growth, and build a role around what you love and excel at. Summer camp is where a lot of great things start here, many of our therapists extend into the fall and beyond.
If this sounds like your kind of place, we'd love to meet you.
