Qualifications:
Bluewater Health is looking for a passionate and patient-focused Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic Rehabilitative Services team on a full time basis. As part of our interdisciplinary Rehabilitative Services department, you'll gain exposure to a wide variety of clinical programs across two sites – Sarnia and Petrolia – including acute care, rehabilitation, surgery, continuing care, mental health, and more. Rotational assignments provide the opportunity to grow your skills, contribute meaningfully to patient outcomes, and make each day different and rewarding.

Qualifications:
- Registration in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
- Eligible for registration with the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists
Principal Duties:
- Assess and treat patients on nursing units and in the department, planning individualized care
- Maintain accurate treatment records and adjust plans based on patient progress
- Delegate appropriate duties to support personnel, ensuring safe and effective care delivery
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the unit and across the hospital
- Maintain professional competence through ongoing learning.
This position is multi-site, and the successful applicant may work at either Sarnia or Petrolia locations as needed.
