Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of integrated marketing initiatives across digital and on-property channels.
This role is responsible for the coordination and execution of marketing collateral, social media platforms, OTA channels, in-house signage, and promotional campaigns. The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring all brand communications reflect JW Marriott standards, resonate with our target audience, and elevate the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, ensuring alignment with brand voice and visual standards
- Monitor platform engagement, respond to guest inquiries in a professional and timely manner, and foster meaningful community interaction reflective of JW Marriott service excellence
- Collaborate with designers, photographers, and content creators to deliver high-quality, on-brand creative assets
- Stay current with industry best practices, social media trends, and platform updates to continuously enhance content performance
Offline Marketing & Brand Collateral
- Partner with the Food & Beverage team to ensure menus are current, visually aligned, and reflective of the brand experience
- Coordinate logistics for on-property promotions, activations, and special events, ensuring seamless execution
- Oversee the production and distribution of all printed materials, including brochures, press releases, presentations, and advertisements, maintaining brand consistency
- Support content creation initiatives including photo and video shoots, ensuring assets capture the essence of the guest experience
- Assist with local marketing initiatives, partnerships, and community engagement opportunities
- Manage and maintain resort-wide signage to ensure accuracy, quality, and brand alignment
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Assist in the development and maintenance of marketing calendars and campaign timelines, ensuring all deliverables are executed on schedule
- Liaise with internal departments including Food & Beverage, Rooms, Enrichment, and Spa to gather required information and ensure timely communication
- Maintain inventory and organization of marketing assets, printed materials, and promotional items
- Uphold and protect brand standards across all marketing touchpoints, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Media, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing practices
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high attention to detail
- Experience in both print and digital marketing environments
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across departments and build strong working relationships
- Proactive problem-solver with a positive, “can-do” attitude
- Familiarity with resort or hospitality operations is considered an asset
- Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and commitment to excellence
Working Conditions:
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- Capable of lifting up to 20 lbs as required for marketing materials and event setup

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
