General Manager – Prime' Performance & Therapy

As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to oversee daily operations, support our team, and help lead the expansion and success of our current and future locations.
Position Overview
The General Manager will serve as the operational leader of Prime', ensuring that all aspects of the business run efficiently and effectively. This individual will oversee staff, systems, client experience, financial processes, clinic operations, and program delivery while maintaining a high standard of accountability throughout the organization.
This role requires a strong leader who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. The successful candidate will have the ability to identify challenges before they become problems, hold team members accountable, and step in when necessary to educate, mentor, and demonstrate best practices.
Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and support employees across multiple departments.
- Foster a positive, professional, and accountable workplace culture.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews.
- Hold team members accountable to established systems, standards, and expectations.
- Identify areas where staff require additional training, coaching, or support.
- Step in when necessary to demonstrate procedures and best practices.
Operations Management
- Maintain oversight of all clinic and business operations.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of programs, services, and administrative systems.
- Monitor scheduling, staffing, client flow, and operational efficiency.
- Develop and improve systems that support growth and scalability.
Financial Oversight
- Monitor billing, collections, payments, and accounts receivable.
- Ensure accurate financial processes are being followed.
- Work closely with administrative staff and ownership to maintain financial health and accountability.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
Program & Clinic Oversight
- Maintain a pulse on all programs, services, and client experiences.
- Ensure programs are delivered consistently and at a high standard.
- Support the growth and development of existing and future locations.
- Address operational concerns quickly and effectively.
Business Development & Growth
- Assist ownership in implementing growth initiatives.
- Support the launch and management of additional locations.
- Identify opportunities to improve profitability, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
- Help build systems and structures that support long-term organizational success.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership or management experience.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and departments simultaneously.
- Experience overseeing staff performance and accountability.
- Understanding of business operations, financial processes, and customer service.
- Experience in healthcare, rehabilitation, fitness, performance, or wellness industries is considered an asset.

You must be:
- Knowledgeable about all the different practices Prime’ has to offer (Chiro/Physio/RMT/ Kinesiology).
- You must be adaptable, efficient and attentive to detail.
- Jane app experience.
- Have experience at the front end of an office (2+ years).
- Have computer proficiency (Google drive, Google Calendars, Microsoft Office).
- Be an independent self-starter and able to take initiative.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Have the ability to prioritize workload and have flexibility to manage multiple tasks without supervision.
- Have full understanding of productive scheduling.
Education Qualifications:
- Business or office administration diploma, or experience in a related field.
- Experience using Jane is an asset.
Hours:
This is a Monday-Friday full-time position. The successful candidate must be willing to support occasional evenings and weekends.
