The Role
This is an executive administrative assistant position where you will work closely with leadership (either the ceo or cfo/coo - tbd). The pace is intense as you are expected to work hard and long to keep up, and performance will be recognized early and financially rewarded fast.
You will serve as the execution backbone that keeps leadership and the company aligned, moving, and focused. This includes drafting and sending emails on behalf of your executive, assigning and tracking tasks that emerge from real-time conversations, supporting team meetings and calendar events, and resolving operational bottlenecks early.
You will turn chaos into clarity, anticipate what is coming next, and support your executive in making the future direction predictable as the company grows. You will also reinforce follow-through across the team, surface missed commitments early, and help ensure decisions actually translate into action. What You Bring
- Experience supporting leadership or running operations in a fast-paced team.
- Wide variety of skills and knowledge, preferably in B2G.
- Exceptional organization and relentless follow-through.
- The judgment to know what matters, what doesn’t, and when to speak up.
- Tech / software enthusiast - comfortable navigating new tools, automating workflows, and using data or dashboards to keep operations sharp.
- Customer relations / sales relationship background - comfortable sending emails and building bid proposals or grant applications.
