We are a growing residential masonry restoration company building multiple crews and looking for experienced, professional tradesmen who want long-term opportunity and growth.
We specialize in high-quality residential restoration, small custom projects, and new masonry installations, including:
- Chimney repairs & rebuilds
- Brick replacement & repointing
- Mortar colour matching
- Parging foundations
- Flagstone porches & walkways
- Step and porch rebuilds
- Concrete repair and small installations
This is detailed, customer-facing residential work. Professionalism and pride in workmanship matter.
Masonry Restoration Foreman / Lead Mason
Responsibilities:
- Run restoration and installation jobs from start to finish
- Actively perform hands-on masonry work (brick replacement, repointing, parging, flagstone installation, small concrete work)
- Manage helpers and other masons on site
- Communicate directly with homeowners
- Maintain clean, organized, professional job sites
- Solve problems independently and make smart on-site decisions
- Ensure work meets quality and production standards
Requirements:
- 5+ years masonry experience (restoration preferred)
- Strong hands-on experience with chimneys, repointing, parging, flagstone, and brick installation
- Valid driver’s license
- Comfortable working at heights
- Professional, dependable, and self-motivated
Company vehicle may be provided for the right candidate.
Pay: Competitive hourly rate based on experience and leadership ability.
Skilled Restoration Mason
Responsibilities:
- Perform restoration and installation work
- Brick replacement, repointing, parging, and flagstone work
- Assist with concrete repair and small installations
- Maintain clean and safe job sites
- Work efficiently under direction of foreman
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years masonry experience
- Residential restoration experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable, consistent, and professional on customer-facing job sites
Pay: Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
