Candidate must be located within approximately 100 km of Barrie – Ontario
As a Project engineer, you are responsible for designing septic systems for residential and commercial use. You will support products development, bidding process, coordination, installation and supervision of engineering projects for the Canadian market, except for Quebec. You act as the main point of contact internally and externally for engineering support, ensuring that quotes, deadlines, budgets and quality standards are met.
Your role
· Represent Bionest, plan, organize and coordinate all stages of sales and project implementation;
· Participate in product engineering modifications and improvements;
· Produce plans on SolidWorks for product improvement and projects;
· Participate in market development and customer qualification;
· Ensure compliance with schedule, quality requirements and technical specifications;
· Work closely with the engineering, customer, quality, installation and service teams;
· Work on product documentation;
· Produce bids, plans, specifications and other technical deliverables to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
The ideal candidate
· Have a bachelor's engineering degree in civil or wastewater and/or water;
· 3-5 years of experience in wastewater or water treatment;
· Have experience in construction and construction sites;
· Be a member of the PEO;
· Solidwork CAD design experience;
· Excellent organizational skills;
· Autonomy, rigor and sense of initiative;
· Be focused on providing high-quality customer service;
· Possess a valid driver's license.
