Summary
SJGHEL is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to join our team! Reporting to the Vice President People, Strategy and Corporate Services and Chief Human Resources Officer, this role provides high-level executive support and contributes to administrative alignment across the Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
This key role is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the VP’s Office, including complex calendar management, communication flow, and the preparation of high-quality executive materials. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted partner to the VP, exercising sound judgment, discretion, and initiative in managing priorities, coordinating meetings and initiatives, and supporting decision-making.
The Executive Assistant also supports coordination across the SLT administrative team, contributing to workflow alignment, coverage planning, and consistent administrative practices to ensure seamless executive operations.
The successful candidate will have a minimum two year diploma in Office or Business Administration, along with at least three years of experience providing administrative support at a management level, preferably in a healthcare environment.
We are seeking a highly skilled professional with exceptional organizational, communication, and time management abilities. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, confidential environment. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and proven experience in minute-taking, coordination, and project support are essential.

Pay: $78,399.00-$90,103.00 per year
