Nurse Injector Preferred — Aesthetics, Wellness & Business Development

Full-Time, 30–40 hrs/week | Base Salary + Commission + Bonuses
Springview Health & Wellness is a physician-led aesthetics and wellness clinic inside a busy multidisciplinary medical practice in Aurora. We have the patient base, the physician referral network, and the technology — Morpheus8, Fractora, EmpowerRF, Apex, and more. What we're missing is the right person to help take this division to the next level.
This isn't a standard injector job. We're looking for someone who wants to consult, treat, sell, and lead — building treatment plans, growing patient relationships, and helping shape where this practice goes over the next several years.
What you'll do
- Run aesthetic and wellness consultations and turn them into treatment plans patients actually follow through on
- Perform neuromodulators, fillers, and other injectables within your scope, and oversee advanced treatments (Morpheus8, Fractora, EmpowerRF, Apex, IPL, PRP, microneedling, laser hair reduction)
- Build treatment packages and membership programs that keep patients coming back
- Mentor aesthetic staff and help set clinical and service standards for the division
- Work with marketing and the clinic's referral network to bring new patients in
What we're looking for
RN, RPN, or NP with cosmetic injectables training and hands-on experience with neuromodulators and fillers is preferred. We'll also consider experienced aesthetic professionals with strong consultation, sales, and leadership skills, even without injectable certification.
More than credentials, we want someone entrepreneurial, patient-focused, and motivated by results, someone looking for a career to build, not a shift to work.
Compensation
Competitive base salary, plus commission on injectables, treatment packages, memberships, and retail, plus performance bonuses tied to growth. Total compensation can exceed industry norms for the right person.
