Rewind is a high-end designer resale store. We curate, source and authenticate high-quality pre-owned and brand new pieces from iconic brands such as Hermes, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Prada, Fendi and Saint Laurent, as well as contemporary brands including Zimmermann, Off-White and Vetements. We offer our clients up to 80% off retail prices which can be purchased through our website or by visiting our store.
We are looking for a number of outgoing and energetic Sales Associates to join our growing team! Associates will report to Rewind’s founder and CEO. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fashion, up to date on current and emerging fashion trends and have extensive knowledge of luxury brands. A strong work ethic, exceptional time management skills and the ability to multitask are necessary.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Possess a broad range of product knowledge across all merchandise in the store and take initiative to stay informed of new products to maximize selling potential.
- Deliver exceptional service to all customers.
- Consistent sales performance.
- Form relationships with new clients and continually develop existing relationships, while providing styling and fashion advice, leading to an increase in sales and loyalty.
- Answer phone and Instagram inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Resolve all customer service issues and partner with management on any issues outside of guidelines.
- Utilize POS system to check out clients and add inventory.
- Perform floor recovery and maintain high standard of visual merchandising.
- Contribute to ensure a high level of security and be attentive to prevent product thefts.
- Perform other duties as required.
- Comply with Rewind’s policies and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 1+ years experience in a luxury sales environment.
- Proficient in Word and Instagram. Experience with Shopify and Photoshop is an asset.
- Skills in photography, graphic design and fashion design (sewing) would be highly regarded.
- Ability to assess priorities, meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Collaborative spirit and proactive attitude.
- Highly driven and detail oriented to improve sales.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills are required as well as a strong problem solving attitude.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays.
