Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly creative full-time Art Director to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for concepting and executing innovative design solutions across a range of mediums including 3D design, interior design, experiential marketing, and print production. You will collaborate closely with the Creative Director, internal account teams, and external clients to bring ideas to life in visually compelling and strategically sound ways.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts for store front windows, experiential events, installations, and other brand activations.
- Collaborate with the Creative Director to shape overall visual strategies and creative direction.
- Work with account teams to ensure creative solutions meet client objectives, brand standards, and project timelines.
- Participate in client meetings, presenting ideas and leading discussions around creative solutions.
- Oversee projects from initial concept through to production, ensuring high standards of design and execution.
- Maintain strong understanding of 3D design principles, interior layouts, and environmental branding.
- Manage and refine designs through all phases of development including print production, fabrication, and installation.
Skills, Experience, and Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in design and art direction, preferably in a creative agency, retail, experiential, or branding environment.
- Proven ability to concept and execute across 3D, spatial design, and traditional graphic mediums.
- Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
- Working knowledge of production processes for print, fabrication, and installation.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, problem-solving, and measurable impact.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
