What You'll Do
As a Payroll & HR Software Implementation Specialist, you will work directly with new customers to ensure a successful implementation of our software solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing and documenting customer business requirements.
- Designing and configuring Payroll, HR, and Time & Attendance solutions to meet customer needs.
- Migrating payroll and employee data from legacy systems.
- Conducting system testing and validation.
- Delivering comprehensive user training to payroll administrators, HR professionals, and managers.
- Providing implementation guidance and best practices.
- Assisting customers during go-live and post-implementation activities.
- Providing ongoing customer support when required.
- Working closely with internal sales, support, and development teams to ensure customer success.
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
- Experience implementing, configuring, or supporting payroll, HR, accounting, or business software applications.
- Strong payroll knowledge and hands-on payroll processing experience.
- Excellent understanding of payroll legislation and payroll best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- PCP or CPM designation.
- Experience with Payroll, HRIS, Time & Attendance, ERP, or Accounting software.
- Bilingual (English and French).
- Experience delivering software training.
- Social media and digital communication skills.
