Position Overview
This is a unique opportunity to combine client consulting, relationship building, wellness education, and business development within a rapidly growing health management organization.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, helping them understand their health goals, navigate our services, and stay engaged throughout their wellness journey.
Our expert advisors, professors, and healthcare professionals provide ongoing professional support and training. You do not need to be a healthcare practitioner to succeed in this role.
Key Responsibilities
1， Client Consultation & Relationship Building
- Welcome and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Conduct initial health intake interviews and gather relevant information.
- Help clients understand available health assessment and wellness programs.
- Build trust and develop long-term relationships with clients.
- Follow up regularly to support client engagement and retention.

2， Business Development & Client Growth
- Introduce and explain the Centre’s services and programs.
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate wellness solutions.
- Assist with client enrollment and program participation.
- Participate in community events, health seminars, and educational workshops.
- Develop referral relationships and community partnerships.
- Support business growth through excellent client service and communication.
3， Team Collaboration
- Work closely with nutrition consultants, health professionals, and expert advisors.
- Coordinate client care and ensure a positive client experience.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs.
Qualifications Required
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive, professional, and service-oriented attitude.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Legally eligible to work in Canada.
Preferred Qualification
- Experience in sales, consulting, customer service, healthcare, wellness, fitness, insurance, education, or community outreach.
- Experience building client relationships and developing business opportunities.
- Existing community connections are considered an asset.
- Passion for health, wellness, nutrition, and healthy aging.
