Position Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and safety-focused Mobile Crane Operator with a minimum of 300-ton crane operating experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating large mobile cranes on a variety of commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects while maintaining the highest standards of safety and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Operate mobile cranes with capacities of 300 tons and greater.
- Perform daily pre-operational inspections and complete required documentation.
- Read and interpret lift plans, load charts, and site drawings.
- Conduct safe lifting operations in accordance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Work closely with riggers, signal persons, project managers, and site supervisors.
- Ensure equipment is maintained in a clean and serviceable condition.
- Follow all Ministry of Labour, Occupational Health & Safety, and company safety requirements.
- Represent the company professionally on customer job sites.
Qualifications
- Valid Ontario Mobile Crane Operator certification (339A or equivalent).
- Minimum 3 years of experience operating 300-ton mobile cranes or larger.
- Valid AZ or DZ driver’s licence preferred.
- Strong understanding of crane load charts and lift planning.
- Experience with hydraulic all-terrain and truck-mounted cranes is an asset.
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, and travel to various job sites as required.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to safety.
