As Warehouse Manager, you will:
Warehouse Operations

Ensure operational efficiency by working closely with Warehouse Supervisors to drive performance and productivity.

Support the ongoing development of the warehouse team through coaching, mentoring, and regular performance reviews.

Build a strong talent pipeline within the distribution centre by setting clear goals, providing vision, and delivering consistent feedback.

Coach Warehouse Supervisors to lead training sessions, team-building activities, operational meetings, and personal development initiatives.

Maintain the security of the distribution centre-including inventory, assets, and personnel-while fostering a safe, healthy work environment.

Act as a key liaison to retail stores, ensuring accurate and timely stock movements that meet service level expectations.

Oversee investigation and resolution of stock discrepancies, ensuring corrective actions are identified and implemented.

Manage the ordering and replenishment of general consumables and supplies for the distribution centre.

Collaborate with Warehouse Supervisors to develop and execute effective labour planning and work schedules that meet KPls and business needs.

Drive continuous improvement by analyzing workflow processes, identifying opportunities, and implementing optimized solutions.

Develop a comprehensive understanding of all Supply & Logistics Centre (SLC) processes from end to end, taking full ownership and demonstrating the ability to confidently speak to and support all operational workflows.

Facilitate clear interdepartmental communication and coordinate task and resource allocation as required.

Foster a culture of positivity, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
-
Provide accurate and timely reporting as needed.
-
Lead strategic projects and special assignments as required.
3PL Operations Support
-
Act as the primary point of contact for all 3PL partners, managing day-to-day operations, performance metrics, service contracts, and escalations.

Ensure 3PL providers consistently meet daily operational goals, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues quickly.

Conduct regular business reviews with 3PL partners to evaluate KPls, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure strategic alignment.

Monitor operational performance through dashboards and reporting tools, address service, cost, or efficiency concerns proactively.

Analyze logistics data and trends to recommend and implement cost-saving and service-improving initiatives.

Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with 3PL providers to support mutual growth and success.

Ensure accurate inventory synchronization between the 3PL's systems and the internal ERP (OT).

Work with the Finance team to reconcile invoices, investigate discrepancies, and resolve billing issues with 3PL partners.

Prepare and present regular performance updates to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT).

Perform other projects and duties as assigned.
People Management & Leadership

Oversee staffing, resources, and budgets to support a high-performing, best-in class operations team.

Provide ongoing mentorship and feedback to team members, including conducting regular performance evaluations and development plans.

Manage and execute project plans, ensuring timely and effective delivery of commitments.

Collaborate with the Leadership team to develop and implement strategies that align with corporate goals and growth targets.

Contribute to strategic planning and operational execution as a key member of the senior management team, helping to optimize and integrate business processes.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous leadership experience in warehouse, distribution, or supply chain operations.
-
Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams through multiple levels of leadership.

Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and labour planning.
-
Experience managing third-party logistics (3PL) providers and vendor relationships.
-
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret operational metrics and drive process improvements.

Embrace a self-starter mindset by asking questions, challenging the status quo, and identifying opportunities to continuously improve processes, efficiency, and service levels.
