MEMBERSHIP SALES & OPERATIONS COORDINATOR (IN TRAINING)
Part-Time → Full-Time Growth Opportunity
Stouffville, ON
Starting Schedule: Approximately 3 days per week, with a pathway toward increased hours and full-time leadership opportunities as the academy continues to grow.
Typical shifts rotate based on class schedules and operational needs:
- 1:15 PM – 9:15 PM
- 12:15 PM – 8:15 PM
Additional hours and responsibilities may become available based on business needs, performance, and demonstrated readiness for growth.
THIS IS NOT A TYPICAL FRONT DESK JOB.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Membership Growth & Sales
- Follow up with warm leads and schedule trial appointments.
- Welcome prospective members and families into the academy.
- Guide families through membership conversations and help them make informed decisions.
- Follow up with trial participants who have not yet enrolled.
- Build genuine relationships with prospective and current members.
Member Experience
- Deliver exceptional customer service to members and families.
- Assist with registrations, payments, and member onboarding.
- Support families with check-in procedures and general questions.
- Help create a welcoming, professional, and positive atmosphere within the academy.
Operations & Leadership Development
- Support day-to-day operations and help ensure the academy runs smoothly.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute ideas and solutions.
- Assist with developing and refining systems and processes.
- Take on increasing responsibility and leadership opportunities over time.
- Work closely with ownership to learn the operational side of the business.
Events & Community
- Support special events, seminars, and community initiatives.
- Assist with team coverage and special projects as needed.
