At RIVIX, we are disrupting the traditional flame-resistant (FR) workwear industry across Western Canada by replacing slow, paper-based sizing and ordering systems with our AI-powered Client Uniform Replication Portal.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced B2B sales rep to help grow workwear and uniform programs across Alberta.
Our main focus right now is Alberta, but the role itself is largely remote and flexible.
You will be working with companies in construction, trades, industrial, transportation, and service sectors that regularly reorder uniforms and workwear throughout the year.
This role is focused on building long term accounts, not chasing one off sales.
Most reps close their first account within 30 to 60 days and continue building repeat business from there.
This is not an entry level role. We are looking for someone who already knows how to manage a pipeline, speak with decision makers, and close B2B accounts professionally.
Location Requirement
Remote work is fine, but your territory focus must be Alberta. Open discussion if you have experiences in other territories.
Commission Structure
New Accounts You Close
- 10% commission on your first 3 closed accounts
- 5% commission on repeat orders from those accounts as long as you continue managing them
Accounts You Already Bring
15% commission on repeat orders from your existing book of business
You continue earning on your accounts as long as they stay active.
Most clients reorder 2 to 4 times per year.
Average order size is around $75,000.
Lead Support
You are not expected to build everything from scratch.
We provide:
- Warm leads from email campaigns, website inquiries, and LinkedIn outreach
- Canada based cold call lists within construction, industrial, and trades sectors
- Ongoing lead support and list updates
- CRM access to manage activity and pipeline
Your focus is setting appointments, qualifying opportunities, closing accounts, and growing relationships over time.
What We’re Looking For
- 3 to 5+ years of B2B sales experience
- Strong closing ability and account management experience
- Excellent English fluency and professionalism
- Experience selling workwear, uniforms, PPE, industrial products, or related industries is strongly preferred
- Comfortable working on commission
- Existing relationships in Alberta construction, industrial, oil and gas, or trades sectors is a major advantage
- Strong communication and follow up skills
- Comfortable handling calls, meetings, and ongoing account growth
What You’ll Be Doing
- Working warm leads and provided call lists
- Booking meetings with operations, procurement, and safety teams
- Qualifying opportunities and moving deals through the pipeline
- Closing new uniform and workwear accounts
- Managing repeat orders and long term relationships
- Assisting clients with samples, sizing, product selection, and program setup
- Keeping your pipeline organized inside the CRM
