- Is 100% trustworthy: You will be in private homes. You must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to pass a background check.
- Reliable Vehicle and Valid License: In case it's not obviously, you'll be to driving to 1 or 2 house per day, with our equipment.

The Pay Structure: Give Yourself a Raise
We don’t believe in trapping great workers in the hourly grind.
- The Start: We start you at a competitive $20.00 an hour while you learn our systems.
- The Training: We don't just hand you a mop and hope for the best. We actively teach you how to develop "the eye" for detail and master high-efficiency skills so you can crush every job without missing a beat.
- The Transition: Once you’re trained and up to speed, we move you to our Flat-Rate Pay System.
- The Reward: We pay for your skill and efficiency, not just your time. If a job is scheduled for 4 hours but your skills allow you to finish it to perfection in 3 hours, you still get paid for the full job. The better and faster you get, the higher your effective hourly rate becomes.
