Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Service Plumber to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across our residential and commercial properties. Your expertise will ensure that our tenants enjoy safe, reliable, and efficient plumbing services. Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances in residential and commercial buildings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to accurately execute plumbing tasks
- Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and construction techniques to complete projects efficiently
- Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely while adhering to safety protocols
- Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues early and prevent future problems
- Collaborate with construction teams on new installations and renovations involving plumbing components
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and inspections completed
Requirements
- Proven experience in plumbing installation, repair, or maintenance within residential or commercial settings
- Strong mechanical knowledge of plumbing systems, schematics, and blueprint reading
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other construction-related tools effectively
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and troubleshooting purposes
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, carpentry skills, and familiarity with schematics is a plus
- Valid driver’s license with commercial driving experience preferred for travel between sites
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting tasks and work in various environments safely
