About the Role
We are currently hiring for the position of full-time Cook Level 2 (Pastry). In this role, you will be responsible for:

Preparing a variety of pastries, desserts, breads, and baked goods while maintaining Langdon Hall's quality and presentation standards.

Completing daily mise en place and supporting pastry production for the restaurant, banquets, and special events.

Assisting with the plating and execution of desserts during service in a timely and organized manner.

Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary work area while following all food safety and health and safety standards.

Supporting and collaborating with the pastry team by assisting junior team members and working closely with senior chefs.

Working collaboratively with chefs and other Langdon Hall teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Pay & Schedule

Wage: $19.75 per hour- The kitchen team participates in our Culinary Recognition Program, providing additional earnings distributed with each pay period.

An anniversary bonus is awarded at your two-year milestone and each subsequent anniversary
