Responsibilities:
Are you an energetic and outgoing individual who enjoys being in front of camera? Are you passionate about sales and social media? If yes, this role offers you a great opportunity for you to blaze new trails and be part of the a rapidly growing business. This role requires you to showcase and sell crystals/gemstones on TikTok livestream for about 3-4 hours (approx. 8pm-12am), 2 to 5 days a week (with flexibility) Pay is hourly based and after 2 weeks of training, you will also be eligible for commissions!
- To promote crystal products in a friendly and professional fashion, streaming live up to three hours. Currently looking to 8/9pm -11pm/ 12am or 3-6pm shifts (2-4 days per week including weekends)
- To interact with the live audience and create a personal and friendly atmosphere for the livestream.
- To provide the audience with general guidance with questions and inquiries.
- To reach the sales targets set by the company each month.
Basic qualifications:
- Must have at least 1 year of proven sales experience!
- Basic knowledge of crystals and gemstones is nice to have (i.e. Rose Quartz)
- Responsible and reliable - we expect you to be punctual.
- Strong communication and sales skills: You are great at communicating with customers. You can make recommendations based on an instant and accurate understanding of customers' needs.
- You are talkative and comfortable with being on camera. You are an expressive, humorous, and confident individual. You are considerate of the needs and communicate with the customer with initiatives.
- You are dedicated and a self starter. You will take the initiative to study, review, and practice to polish your performance. We will offer you the necessary coaching, but your initiative to learn and adapt is a crucial part of the process.
- You speak and write in fluent English.
- You have a basic grasp of social media.
Bonus qualifications:
- Have participated or hosted a live stream event on TikTok or other social media and successfully sold product(s).
- Know metaphysical or spiritual properties of crystals and gemstones. This is essential to answering customer questions while on the livestream.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
