Customer Service Representative
We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. If you're confident on the phone, organized, tech-savvy, and enjoy helping customers, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and book service appointments
- Make outbound follow-up and customer care calls
- Coordinate schedules with technicians and update job information
- Maintain accurate customer records and tracking documents
- Complete daily administrative tasks
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support team communication
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and phone skills
- Strong customer service mindset and professional attitude
- Comfortable using computers
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn
Experience in customer service, dispatching, or administrative support is an asset, but we’re happy to train the right candidate.
Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
