About Us
We're National MoParts, and we are the largest Canadian supplier of Used, NOS, Reproduction, Aftermarket, Performance Parts, and Accessories for most models of Chrysler, Dodge, and Plymouth Vehicles from 1950 to 1985. We usually have between 150 to 200 parts cars in stock at anytime, and have parted out over 3000 vehicles since our opening in 1987 to help with some parts that are not presently available thru the Reproduction Suppliers.
The Opportunity
We are currently seeking Parts Counter Associate and a Shipper to join our team at our busy retail location in Beaverton Ontario. We are in search of a team member with knowledge in automotive and parts sales.
Responsibilities
- Determining customer needs and recommending parts for purchase
- Answering customer questions from in-store and call-in customers
- Process internet orders
- Issue Purchase Orders
- Receive product and update back orders
- Shipping
- Other tasks as assigned by the Owner
Qualifications
- Computer experience
- Prior experience in a similar role or industry is an asset
- Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
