Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting menu items
- Prepare sandwiches according to Subway standards, ensuring quality and freshness
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including slicing meats and vegetables
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations in compliance with health regulations
- Manage cash register transactions accurately and handle customer payments
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts
- Uphold Subway’s food safety standards and promote a welcoming atmosphere for guests
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or retail is a plus but not required; training will be provided
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
- Basic knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous.
