THE OPPORTUNITY
The Senior Archtiect
will take a leadership role in the design and delivery of complex mixed-use, residential, and commercial developments.
Working closely with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary project teams, you will lead projects from early design and planning through technical development, approvals, documentation, and construction.
You will be responsible for maintaining design intent while balancing technical requirements, project schedules, budgets, and client expectations. This position requires a strong understanding of the Vancouver and British Columbia development environment, along with the ability to confidently lead teams and coordinate multiple disciplines.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will bring a combination of strong design capability, technical knowledge, project leadership, and commercial awareness. You are comfortable leading complex projects, building strong client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams and external consultants.
Key qualifications and experience include:
- Master's degree in Architecture or equivalent professional qualification
- Registered Architect with the AIBC or eligible for registration in British Columbia
- LEED AP and/or PMP designation considered an asset
- 7+ years of experience within an architecture and design consultancy environment
- Demonstrated experience delivering mixed-use and high-rise residential projects
- Strong understanding of the Vancouver and British Columbia development and approvals environment
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams and coordinate complex consultant groups
- Excellent client relationship management and stakeholder communication skills
- Strong technical knowledge combined with a high level of design awareness
- A portfolio of Canadian projects demonstrating design quality and successful project delivery
- Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD considered an asset
- Strong project management, organizational, and decision-making capabilities
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and contribute to the continued growth of the practice
- Excellent presentation, communication, and leadership skills
