THE ROLE:

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Perform account reconciliations and month-end close activities
Analyze financial results, cash flow, and key business metrics
Monitor internal controls

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
CPA designation completed or actively pursuing designation preferred
5+ years of progressive accounting experience
Knowledge of Public Sector Accounting Standards (PSAS)
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting
Proficient ERP system experience (SAP/SAP S4HANA experience considered a strong asset)
Strong financial reporting experience, including month-end and quarter-end processes
Hands-on experience with account reconciliations and journal entries
Experience working with large and complex datasets
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to adapt quickly and manage changing priorities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
