The Opportunity: Refinish Technician

Finch Collision Centre is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Automotive Refinish Technician to join one of the most advanced collision repair facilities in Southwestern Ontario.

What You'll Do
As an Automotive Refinish Technician, you'll play a critical role in restoring vehicles to pre-accident condition while consistently delivering factory-quality finishes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing repaired and replacement panels for refinishing.
- Mixing and matching paint colours with exceptional accuracy.
- Applying primers, basecoats and clearcoats using manufacturer-approved procedures.
- Performing blend work and colour transitions to OEM standards.
- Sanding, masking and preparing vehicles for paint.
- Inspecting completed work to ensure the highest level of quality.
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organized work environment.
- Caring for spray booth equipment, tools and paint systems.
- Collaborating with body technicians, estimators, detailers and production staff to keep repairs moving efficiently.
- Following OEM repair procedures and all safety standards.

Qualifications
- Automotive Refinish Technician experience required.
- Red Seal (310B) certification is considered a strong asset.
- I-CAR and OEM certifications are an asset.
- Experience with modern waterborne paint systems.
- Ability to Colour match and blend to OEM standards.
- Valid Ontario driver's license with a clean driving record.
