Our kitchen is at the heart of what we do, especially during busy evenings and weekends, where quality, speed, and consistency matter most.
We are currently growing our team and are looking for a dependable Line Cook / Cook who takes pride in delivering excellent food and thrives in a fast paced kitchen environment.
Position Overview
The ideal candidate is reliable, detail oriented, and confident working during high volume service. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys teamwork, values consistency, and can maintain strong standards under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to Regalz recipes and quality standards
- Support daily food prep, plating, and portion control
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures
- Report low inventory levels or kitchen issues to management promptly
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of experience as a cook or line cook preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced kitchen
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Food Handler Certificate is an asset, but not required
- Must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays
