Fleet Maintenance Coordinator/Dispatcher
The Fleet Maintenance Coordinator/Dispatcher is responsible for overseeing the scheduling, monitoring, and tracking of maintenance and repair services for operated and non-operated equipment and hydraulic attachments. This role involves coordinating with service technicians, external equipment providers, and various software systems to ensure efficient maintenance operations. The Fleet Maintenance Coordinator reports to the Shop Foreman.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Receive repair requests via phone, email, and in person, prioritizing repairs to minimize equipment downtime while maintaining a strong focus on customer service.

Schedule and track maintenance and repair services for equipment and hydraulic attachments.

Dispatch service technicians to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.

Coordinate with service technicians for after-hours work.

Maximize the productivity and efficiency of service technician time and their assets.

Open all Field work orders, enter technician time, service reports daily, ensure all parts are costed and close work orders in a timely manner.

Be the Gatekeeper of garage telematics, ensuring that new units have GPS where required, ensure that the Telematics are communicating, arranging repair of units that are not and having telematics removed from sold equipment.

Monitor equipment service schedules in VisionLink and John Deere Link, using the data to ensure PM services and PM Contracts are executed on time and recorded.

Renew service agreements with external equipment providers. Review, track and re- sign MARC and PM contracts working closely with the equipment group.

Create framework purchase orders for PM/MARC contracts.

Work on Continuous improvement, communicating and implementing more efficient ways to be more efficient and save money

Assist with inventory management tasks as requested

REQUIREMENTS:

Previous experience in fleet maintenance coordination or related field.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Proficiency in SAP, VisionLink, Salus, Outlook, Excel, and other required software an asset.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
COMPESATION INFORMATION:
The expected range for this position is $58,000 - $68,000. Placement within the range is dependent on a variety of factors including qualifications and experience.
