Role Description
We are looking for Restaurant Servers to join our team at our new Ajax location. This is an on-site, full-time role where you will interact with guests, take orders, serve food, and create an outstanding dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests with a welcoming attitude.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them efficiently to the kitchen.
- Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
- Assist in handling guest inquiries and resolving concerns professionally.
- Process payments and manage cash or card transactions accurately.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a smooth dining experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of previous experience as a restaurant server is required.
- Full-time avalibility is required
- Fluent in English (Turkish is an added advantage)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A customer-first attitude with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized during peak hours.
