Vehicle Requirement

About the Position
CDC North York Inc. is looking for motivated, outgoing and coachable individuals to join our team as Field Sales Representatives.
This is an in-person sales position involving scheduled demonstrations of the Rainbow SRX home-cleaning and air-care system. Representatives meet with prospective customers in their homes, demonstrate the system, explain its features and help families learn about maintaining a cleaner indoor environment.
Representatives also participate in developing appointments through customer follow-ups, referrals and other company-approved outreach methods. The complete role, training process, compensation structure and available support will be explained during the Zoom interview.
This is not a remote, office-based or traditional customer-service position.
Compensation and Opportunities
- Expected earnings of $750–$1,500 per week

Responsibilities
- Travel to customer appointments throughout the GTA
- Conduct professional in-home Rainbow SRX demonstrations
- Educate prospective customers about the system’s features and benefits
- Follow the company’s sales presentation and training process
- Participate in appointment development and customer follow-ups
- Build trust and maintain professional customer relationships
- Respond to prospective customers in a timely manner
- Work toward individual performance goals and team targets
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity

- Customer service or sales experience is preferred but not required
Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, promotions, fundraising, fitness, telecommunications, automotive sales, membership sales or other customer-facing work is considered an asset. Recent graduates and applicants transitioning into sales are also welcome to apply.
