Warehouse Supervisor – Inventory & Inbound Operations
Salary: $65,000
Location: Mississauga, ON
Schedule: 8:00am–4:00pm or 8:30am–4:30pm (flexible)

Duties
- Oversee inventory control, receiving, put-away, cycle counts, audits, and annual physical inventory
- Maintain inventory accuracy through WMS reporting, discrepancy investigation, and stock control practices
- Coordinate incoming shipments, container receiving, space planning, and warehouse organization
- Act as the main inventory contact for Customer Service and collaborate closely with outbound operations
- Provide hands-on support with order picking, cart assembly, and daily warehouse activities while leading by example
Assets
- 3+ years of warehouse supervisory experience
- Up to 7 years of total warehouse experience focused on inventory and receiving
- Experience with WMS and inventory management systems
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills with the ability to analyze inventory data and reports
- Forklift certification and experience
- Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs and work in a hands-on warehouse environment
