Join LATECOERE as an Operation Program Coordinator in Delta to drive strategic project execution within our aerospace manufacturing division. This role is vital in ensuring seamless coordination across teams to uphold our commitment to excellence and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of assigned customer programs from demand through shipment.
- Monitor operational progress against customer commitments.
- Coordinate follow-up actions with cross-functional teams.
- Track open actions and ensure timely closure.
- Support Program Delivery Manager in preparing customer and internal operational reviews
- Monitor On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance for assigned programs.
- Analyze backlog, past due orders and shipment priorities.
- Support delivery recovery plans.
- Coordinate execution activities across Planning, Production, Supply Chain and Logistics.
- Escalate operational risks impacting customer deliveries.
- Assist with customer demand reviews and purchase order reconciliation.
- Support negotiations related to delivery dates under the guidance of the Program Delivery Manager.
Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
