Join the estimating team at Oakridge Landscape Contractors! We are looking for a Junior Estimator with a passion for precision to assist in bidding commercial, municipal, and private landscape construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Chief Estimator to gather bid documents, drawings, and specifications.

Perform detailed quantity take-offs and calculate costs for labor, equipment, and materials.

Request and analyze pricing from suppliers and subtrades.

Maintain organized project files, addendums, and master tracking sheets.

Conduct site visits to assess field conditions against proposed plans.

Communicate effectively with site Superintendents and project teams.
Qualifications:

1–2 years of estimating experience in landscape, civil, or general construction.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reading construction blueprints/specs.
-
Post-secondary education in Civil/Construction Engineering Technology or Landscape Architecture (asset).

CIQS designation is an asset.
-
Valid Driver’s License with a clean abstract.
