About you

You’re someone who takes pride in doing things well, already knows how clients would like to be treated, and brings that standard with you from day one. You understand the nuances of working with clients, when to push, when to give, and how to read the long-term value of a relationship. Industry experience in awards or recognition isn’t required, but a sharp eye for detail, genuine care for getting things right, and the instinct to represent a brand well are.
You’ll work closely alongside our Client Services Specialists, gaining hands-on exposure to the full range of what we do, from client inquiries and order coordination to account management.
What You’ll Do
As a Client Services Coordinator within our Coronation Awards division, you will:
- Handle incoming phone, email, and walk-in client inquiries with professionalism and warmth
- Manage client accounts and build lasting relationships through attentive, proactive service
- Process inbound orders accurately and promptly through HubSpot and our internal order management system
- Send order confirmations and ensure all details are captured correctly
- Provide quotes to customers based on project requirements
- Communicate with production to ensure order accuracy and smooth fulfillment
- Explain our award-making process and product options to clients confidently
- Collaborate with Client Services Specialists and production team members to ensure a seamless client experience
Your Toolkit for Success
- 2–3 years in a client-facing coordination or customer service role in an office setting
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM software is an asset
- Sharp attention to detail. You catch discrepancies in fields like names, spelling, colors, quantities, and materials.
- Comfortable with measurements and dimensions
- Confident, warm, and professional communicator in English across phone, email, and in person
- Cantonese and/or Mandarin proficiency is a strong asset given the communities we serve, though our working environment is English
- Composed and adaptable in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift
- A team player comfortable reaching across divisions. In a lean, multi-division operation, knowing who to ask and not being afraid to ask matters
