A confidential property management company is hiring a Property Administrator to support a residential portfolio in Regina. This is a Regina-based role for someone who is organized, steady with details, comfortable communicating with tenants, owners, vendors, and internal team members, and able to keep work moving without needing constant direction.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to tenant and applicant inquiries through the company's application and communication systems
- Support leasing administration, renewals, move-in and move-out coordination, and resident documentation
- Track maintenance requests, follow up with vendors, and keep notes and records current
- Prepare notices, forms, reports, and routine correspondence
- Keep property, tenant, lease, and task information accurate in internal systems
- Help coordinate showings, applications, and onboarding for approved residents
- Support day-to-day office and portfolio administration for a busy property management team
Qualifications:
- Property management, leasing, residential tenancy, real estate administration, or related housing experience is strongly preferred
- Strong administrative skills and comfort working with online systems
- Professional written and verbal communication
- Good judgment, confidentiality, and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and follow through in a fast-moving environment
- Customer service experience with tenants, residents, clients, or the public
- Must be based in or near Regina and familiar with the local market
Compensation:
- Full-time, permanent position
- Salary range: CA$44,000 to CA$55,000 per year
