We are looking for a motivated, reliable, and hardworking professional to join our growing team as Shop Manager. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who can manage people, oversee daily production, and help keep our operations organized and efficient.

Position Overview
The Shop Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily production, staff, inventory, equipment, and general operations of the shop.
This is a hands-on role. The successful candidate will lead by example, work alongside the team, maintain high standards, and take ownership of keeping the operation running safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily shop and production operations
- Lead, train, and coordinate employees
- Assign daily tasks and manage workflow
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and deadlines are met
- Manage inventory, receiving, storage, and product movement
- Create and manage purchase orders
- Assist with production forecasting and planning
- Maintain accurate production and inventory records
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Use warehouse management, POS, website backend, and other business software
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Operate and oversee production machinery
- Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance
- Identify equipment issues and coordinate repairs when required
- Identify operational problems and implement practical solutions
- Communicate effectively with ownership and team members
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous management, supervisory, or leadership experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Sheets
- Experience with warehouse management software and POS systems
- Experience navigating website backend platforms
- Experience with inventory management and purchasing
- Strong mathematical, organizational, and analytical skills
- Experience with production planning or forecasting
- Experience developing or following SOPs
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Mechanical aptitude and experience with equipment or machinery is a strong asset
- Comfortable working around machinery and in refrigerated conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team

Work Environment
This is a hands-on production environment involving machinery, food products, physical work, and refrigerated conditions. The successful candidate must be comfortable working in this environment and following all company safety, cleanliness, and food-handling procedures.
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
