As the Line Cook Lead, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cooking menu items to perfection while maintaining consistency and quality.
- Leading and supporting the kitchen team during service to ensure smooth operations.
- Assisting with inventory management, food storage, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
- Ensuring all food safety and sanitation standards are met.
- Collaborating with the team to develop new ideas and improve processes.
We’re searching for someone with:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- A passion for cooking and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with us.
