Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and manage field crews
- Train team members in:
- Window cleaning
- Gutter cleaning
- Soft Washing
- Graffiti Removal
- Ladder safety and working at heights
- Maintain quality, safety, and productivity standards
- Be hands-on and present in the field when required
- Schedule work, manage crews, and keep jobs on track
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members
- Handle problems directly and professionally
- Communicate clearly with ownership and customers
- Uphold company culture and core values daily
This is a working leadership role, not a desk-only position.
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven experience leading or supervising teams
- Background in exterior services, trades, construction, firefighting, roofing, or similar
- Comfortable working from ladders and at heights
- Strong communication and people-management skills
- Ability to teach, motivate, and hold others accountable
- Physically capable of field work when needed
- Valid driver’s license

Compensation
- $56,000 – $70,000 annually, depending on experience and capability
