We’re looking for a Retail Search Specialist to help us maintain and evolve our leadership position in the growing Commerce Media space.
The Retail Media Search Specialist will be responsible for leading and managing the retail media search initiatives for one of our largest clients and will report into our Manager of Search. This role involves developing and executing strategies to optimize our presence and performance across various retail media networks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in search, have a deep understanding of ecommerce retail media networks, specifically Amazon, Instacart, Door Dash, etc., comfortable with data analysis, and a track record of driving successful campaigns in the retail space.
Strategy Development:

Develop and implement comprehensive retail media search strategies to drive brand visibility, engagement, and sales.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align search strategies with overall marketing and business objectives.
Campaign Management:

Plan, execute, and optimize retail media search campaigns across various platforms such as Amazon, Instacart, Door Dash, WMC and other key ecommerce media networks.

Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
Budget Management:

Manage budgets for retail media search campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation of resources

Comfortable with invoicing and other hands-on keys activities related to strategic media planning.
Data Analysis and Reporting:

Utilize data analytics tools to measure campaign performance, generate insights, and provide actionable recommendations.

Prepare and present regular reports on campaign effectiveness, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
Partner Collaboration & Communication:

Work closely with retail media network partners, agency partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign execution and optimization.

Negotiate contracts, manage relationships, and stay informed about the latest developments in retail media platforms.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in retail media search and SEM.

- 1-3 years min retail media search with demonstrated experience with Amazon and On Demand Delivery partners. Experience with Amazon Media Cloud, audience building a plus.

Proven track record of managing successful retail media search campaigns across platforms such as Amazon, Walmart

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.

Experience with DSP a plus.

Proficiency in using analytics tools and retail media platforms (e.g., Amazon Advertising, WMC, Criteo).

Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
