Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Cleaner to join our team. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and organization of residential spaces, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for our clients. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Prepare and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure optimal operation
- Communicate effectively with residents to understand specific cleaning needs or preferences
- Ensure all areas are maintained to high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Provide exceptional customer service by being courteous, respectful, and professional at all times
- Maintain confidentiality regarding residents’ personal spaces and information
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English
- Experience in residential cleaning or hospitality preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to perform cleaning duties thoroughly and efficiently within scheduled timeframes
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality
