Summary
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Order Picker / Shipping & Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This position focuses primarily on accurately picking and packing customer orders, preparing shipments for delivery, and maintaining an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for operating warehouse equipment, using RF scanning technology and warehouse software to process inventory, preparing shipping documentation, and assisting with all aspects of warehouse operations both indoors and outdoors.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Picking & Packing
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management software.
- Verify quantities, product numbers, and order accuracy before packing.
- Package materials securely to prevent shipping damage.
- Prepare completed orders for shipment according to customer and company requirements.
- Stage completed orders for carrier pickup and loading.
Shipping Preparation
- Print and attach shipping labels to outgoing shipments.
- Prepare bills of lading, packing slips, shipping labels, and all required shipping documentation.
- Verify shipping paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure orders are packaged, labeled, and documented correctly before shipment.
- Coordinate with shipping personnel to ensure orders are dispatched on schedule.
Warehouse Operations
- Perform general warehouse duties including receiving, stocking, organizing, and replenishing inventory.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse storage locations.
- Support inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock verification activities.
- Work safely in both warehouse and outdoor yard environments under varying weather conditions.
Equipment Operation
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move inventory throughout the warehouse and yard.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns.
- Follow all company safety procedures while handling materials and operating equipment.
Inventory & Warehouse Systems
- Process inventory transactions using RF scanners and Android-based warehouse devices.
- Update inventory information using NetSuite and other internal warehouse software.
- Utilize Microsoft Suite programs such as Excel, OneDrive, Outlook, and Word.
- Verify inventory accuracy and report discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate electronic warehouse records and documentation.
Team Support
- Assist coworkers with warehouse operations as required.
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety policies.
- Help maintain an efficient workflow to meet daily shipping deadlines.
- Participate in warehouse cleanup, organization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour

- Microsoft Excel: 1 year (preferred)
- Forklift: 2 years (required)
