- Monday to Friday
- Initially 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Opportunity to transition to full time hours (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)

MKZ Drywall is a growing residential and commercial drywall company serving Calgary, Airdrie, and surrounding areas. We are looking for a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Executive Assistant who is eager to grow with our company and take on increasing responsibilities over time.
Work Environment
This position is based in a professional in-home office located in Airdrie, Alberta. The successful candidate will work directly alongside the General Manager and CEO in a collaborative office setting.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable working closely with leadership, communicating openly, and contributing to a team-oriented environment.
This role offers direct exposure to the day-to-day operations of a growing construction company. You will work closely with both the General Manager and CEO, gaining hands-on experience in customer service, scheduling, sales support, operations, and business administration.

Responsibilities
Phone Calls
- Answer incoming calls and quote requests
- Manage and review missed calls and messages from our AI Receptionist
- Follow up with potential and existing clients
- Handle customer questions and concerns professionally
- Escalate inquiries to management when required
Jobber Administration
- Follow up with new website inquiries
- Gather project information from prospective clients
- Schedule on-site assessment appointments
- Maintain and update client information within Jobber
- Learn and navigate our company systems and workflows
Email Management
- Monitor incoming company emails
- Respond to client inquiries
- Forward complex inquiries to management when necessary
- Maintain professional and timely communication
HomeStars Lead Management
- Review incoming leads
- Verify leads against existing Jobber requests
- Respond to new leads using company templates
- Follow up with prospects and schedule assessments
Client Follow-Up & Sales Support
- Follow up on quotes that have been sent
- Contact past clients regarding completed projects
- Assist with lead conversion and customer retention
- Support business development and growth initiatives
