We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager – Drinking Water based in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) to join our Ontario Water team.
In this role, you'll combine technical leadership with project delivery excellence, leading multidisciplinary teams through the planning, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning of municipal drinking water treatment, transmission, storage, and water reuse facilities. You'll work closely with municipal clients across the GTA and Ontario to develop innovative, resilient, and sustainable water infrastructure solutions while building long-term client relationships and supporting the continued growth of our Water business.

What You'll Do
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of complex multidisciplinary projects while providing technical leadership, commercial oversight, and mentoring to project teams.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead multidisciplinary teams through all phases of project delivery, including planning, preliminary design, detailed design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and start-up support.
- Manage projects involving municipal drinking water treatment plants, water reuse facilities, transmission systems, pumping stations, and storage infrastructure.
- Develop and manage project execution plans, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, health and safety, risk, communications, and change management.
- Lead technical decision-making for drinking water treatment processes, including:
o Coagulation and flocculation
o Clarification and sedimentation
o Granular and biological filtration
o Membrane treatment
o Ozone, UV and chlorine disinfection
o Adsorption and advanced treatment technologies
o Water reuse and recovery systems
- Lead treatment evaluations through desktop studies, process modelling, pilot testing, and operational troubleshooting.
- Manage project financial performance, including forecasting, fee management, profitability, invoicing, and cash collection.
- Maintain strong relationships with municipal clients and act as a trusted advisor throughout project delivery.
- Support business development activities, strategic pursuits, proposal preparation, and client presentations.
- Mentor, coach, and develop junior engineers, technical specialists, and project managers while fostering technical excellence and collaboration.
