We are excited to announce that we are currently accepting applications for the position of Reservations Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for managing a small team of reservations agents and Calgary Airport meet and greet agents. In addition to this, you will work closely with our sales and marketing manager to ensure that reservations for our group business are given our very best.

In this position, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the culture within your department, so we’re looking for someone with a passion for bringing people together to achieve a common goal.
Providing good customer service is one of our core values and as the reservations manager, you will play a central role in the delivery of our product. You will be relied upon in challenging customer situations and so experience in this field is a must.
Being an airport shuttle service, I’m sure you can imagine that booking accuracy is essential. As the reservations manager it will be your responsibility to ensure that all those in your care are properly trained and supported in their roles. The importance of this cannot be overstated.
Your key point of contact in the business is our General Manager. The two of you will work closely together to achieve the department goals.

Compensation for this position will vary depending on experience, but does include

Schedule:
- Full-time, permanent
- Monday to Friday schedule
- Occasional weekend work on busy arrival or departure days
- Monthly to bi monthly visits to Calgary Airport to meet with staff
