Tragically Vital, a growing office coffee company, is seeking a Full-time Service Distributor. We are a driven team striving for excellence and looking for another member to assist in servicing our customer base. The Service Distributor role plays a key part in the success at Tragically Vital. We are looking for a hard-working Distributor to service our corporate clientele in the downtown and surrounding area. The successful candidate will be comfortable handling multiple clients and has sharp critical thinking skills. As our front-line contact for each client, professionalism is a must and customer service skills are essential. The chosen candidate will enjoy an exciting, fast paced role in our growing company. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide service to customer accounts
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment
- Troubleshooting equipment
- Complete scheduled route in allotted timeframe
- Load / unload vehicle at the start and end of shift
- Accurate inventory counts taken to determine customer orders
- Check expiry dates on all product / rotate client supplies
- Communicate critical client needs to office
- Shopping / misc. pick ups
- Maintain vehicle inspection log and schedule required maintenance
- Wear uniform
- Conduct all work in accordance with company procedures, details provided upon hiring
- Other duties and responsibilities as required
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Detail orientated and excellent organizational skills
- Must thrive in fast paced and ever evolving work environment
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to work efficiently to service multiple clients
- Must be able to complete tasks in assigned time
- Works well under pressure with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and can work independently
- Must be able to lift to 50 lb. safely and effectively
- Must have a valid class 5 Driver’s License in Canada for a minimum of one year
- Commercial driving experience is an asset
- Insurance company will only accept drivers 25 years and older, exceptions may apply
- Driver’s Abstract is required
- Must provide a Background Check
- Must provide references
