We're hiring a Part-Time Retail Sales Representative to join our in-store sales team.
We're looking for a motivated and confident individual with strong communication skills and previous sales experience. The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with customers in person, making phone calls, following up with leads, and helping generate sales.
Experience in retail, telecom, outbound calling, or commission-based sales is considered a strong asset.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in-store and provide a professional customer experience
- Explain products, services, promotions, and offers clearly
- Build rapport with customers and understand their needs
- Follow up with potential customers by phone
- Help generate new sales and support store sales goals
- Maintain a positive, professional, and goal-oriented attitude
- Work toward performance targets and sales objectives
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers in person and over the phone
- Motivated, confident, and goal-oriented
- Ability to work part-time hours
- Experience in retail, telecom, outbound calling, or commission-based sales is an asset
Compensation:This position includes commission and performance-based incentives.
